Dulwich Music Festival

Jamaican Folk Songs @ Bell House ~ October 5th

Piano Recital @ St Barnabas Parish Hall ~ October 19th

Rye Here Rye Now @ Peckham Level ~ September 18th

We champion diversity in classical music and aim to bring music to a wider audience. Many of our events are funded by Southwark Council.

The Dulwich Music Festival offers performance opportunities to young musicians in venues across London and Kent. We also offer a wide and varied programme of family-friendly recitals including a concert of Jamaican Folk Songs and a solo piano recital of music by black composers.

Our next event is a the Horniman early Keyboard Competition. Entries are now open.

“The Dulwich Music Festival is extremely well-run, thanks to Lorraine’s super-efficient administration. The atmosphere is extremely friendly and unstuffy, which makes a refreshing change. The piano was very well prepared and regulated, making it a pleasure for competitions to play, and I throughly enjoyed my time as adjudicator. Highly recommended!”
Graham Fitch, pianist, adjudicator and author of Practising the Piano
